Told me I was crazy
Told me I was crazy when I wanted to start HRT. After years with a therapist, pyschiatrist told me they were also crazy diagnosing me with gender dysphoria. I would think the good Dr. Would be more sensitive to oppression. If you want not only your physical but also, 'moral health' included in your visits then go.

I waited 2.5 hours. I was a new patient. He never made eye contact, introduced himself, answered my questions or made me feel like he cared. He told me he would be right back and never returned.

I would give 5 stars if this was just for Dr. Greenspan. However, my experience with the office staff has been nothing but horrible. I feel I've been lied to by the staff as far as paperwork received or not received and just not made to feel as though it matters to them. This office staff is HORRIBLE.

He is a little pricey, but you will actually be able to spend time discussing your health issues. He is not an outgoing and jovial doctor, but he is a very competent and thorough one.

Felt like I needed to RUN, not walk, out of the office. Dr. Greenspan is the strangest doctor I've encountered. Talks out of the side of his mouth and doesn't look at you. Office staff on the phone are nasty. Been there several times. Looking for a new provider.
