Dr. Stephen Godshall, MD

I read the negative reviews regarding Dr. Godshall and his office. I understand we all have our opinions and that is fine. On the other hand I have seen Dr. Godshall for years and he has steered me in the right direction when I have not known where to turn, and he has run further tests and continued to be concerned and advised me CORRECTLY to take care of my health issues. True, he is not as jovial as some doctors but I was not getting an appointment to see a comedian but knowing doc., he has that dry sense of humor. His staff is supportive and his nurse Kelsey is a true sweetheart and caring. I was upset to see that his rating was not as I had expected. I just know I would recommend him.

One of the most despicable, unworthy of a medical license doctors I have met. His staff is just as bad. When you can get better customer service at Burger King than a doctor office and his staff it says a lot. Medical oath means nothing to this outfit from top to bottom. It explains the turn around and all the new people who have no clue of what they are doing. Always a new person who has no clue and a disgusting manager who has failed to train her staff. And obviously doctors who back the incompetence of their own staff. Btw “Dr” Godshall, I have no faith anymore in any doctor. Poor education shows poor results.

I thought he was a doctor I could trust. If he is aware, as his staff stated, of their work then shame on me for trusting him. And since at least one phone call from July seems to have been in my records, he never bothered to return the call.

Dr. Godshall was rude to me on two separate visits. It's a shame when you have to spend your hard-earned money to be treated that way, especially when it's someone who is supposed to care for your well-being. He needs to put some serious effort into his people skills. I will be changing doctors. Don't recommend.

It is important to find a physician that you trust will make the best decisions and give the best advice regarding your health. I trust Dr. Godshall; and, I find that I relate to him reasonably well. He seems to be up to date regarding the best medical practices. He is soft spoken, reflective and has a dry sense of humor.

Dr Godshall listened to my concerns, explained and helped me consider my options seriously and acted on my choice, all without being condescending or dismissive.
