I went in for a procedure and he checked a couple things and was done. I actually had to ask him to do what I came there for originally. At first he tried to get out of it. He wasn't even going to make the effort to do the 5 minute procedure.

I really like Dr. Freeman. He is personable and has good bedside manner. However, it feels almost impossible to make appointments at the last minute, and I can never get connected with a nurse on the first phone call. That wouldn't be a big deal if I stayed home all day, but I work like most people. So what's the point of having an ENT if I have to go to CVS every time I get a sinus infection? No reason, to be quite honest. Also appointments are too short and don't have enough results.
