I would never recommend thsi Anestesiology; Decided without my permission nor my doctors permission a new procedure to numb shoulder without any preop meds. This was a trail processor and so painful that the sheets were soaks from my perspiration; the nurse brought it to his attention and his comments "just a while longer" he told me to watch the screen! For those of you that have never had shoulder numb, the procedure is to numb through the neck. I will make sure he is not an Anesthesiologist.
