Dr. Flitman is awesome. But sometimes when I call his office I don't feel his staff gives him the message. I could be wrong. They could be. I do know he tells me I can get in to see him sooner if need be. But then I'm never able to get in to see him earlier. Otherwise the staff is nice and I don't have a problem otherwise. I would still recommend him to anyone who's looking for a neurologist. He's kind and he really seems to genuinely care about his patients. Your not treated like just another number.

Staff are not warm and friendly.
Of the staff, the young woman who got my vitals was friendly. Front desk and check, not so much. I missed 3 appointments and got the boot. I never booted anyone from my practice for missing an appointment. I realize that people forget or have problems. They still deserve the best care I can provide.

Dr. Flitman is a really kind a caring doctor. He took my 12 meds that I was on and making me unable to work down to 4, limited my migraines that were ruining my life as I was always having them daily with aura to 2 a month and started me on a different MS drug. I highly recommend him.

Extremely rude, unfriendly and condescending staff that act as if you are a lowlife. Poor payment methods. Will not file Medicare claims for you Dr. Fireman talks over your head about treatments, brags about himself and does cursory physical exams. He does seem to have a good reputation with other doctors

Caring front desk staff. Easy to get a hold of on the phone. Dr. Flitman is knowledgeable, takes thorough and accurate notes, and I felt that he had my own best interests and opinions about my health in mind when making recommendations to me. I have recommended him to several people already.

I'm very satisfied with my first visit today. Dr. Flitman, is awesome. He explained everything to me about my problem. He is very pleasant and I'm very comfortable talking to him. Answers my questions and had sense of humor too. I will recommend him to my family and friends. All his staffs are very professional and friendly atmosphere. Office is very clean. There is a cancellation appointment and they squeeze me in.Thank you 21st Century Neurology for your good service. Excellent over all

The doctors here are great, however their office manager is very poor at communication. I was schedule for the wrong date they noticed this and fixed it, then my next appointment I rescheduled, however they did not get that message. After a third reschedule/missed appointment I called to set up another appointment and was told I'm not longer a patient. I was also never told about a balance due through all this communication, therefore they just sent it to collection.

Dr. Flitman is the most intelligent, professional, created Xenoscience research group seeking cures for Parkinson's, MS, Alzheimer's, etc. I elect my specialists and those who research are true gifted doctors. He is kind, empathetic and knows more in his field of Neurologic Diseases over 98% of those in nuorologiv studies. He is sought for speaking engagements w-wide, Associate Professor at U of A, doxens of cliniical trial studies count. He is the GREAT neurologist. A 12 yr patient knows!
