Dr. Stephen Conway, MD

I was very impressed with the care provided by Dr. Conway. I went to him to have a test recommended by my PCP. He explained the test and gave me the results immediately. He is personable and he treated me with respect and kindness. I would not hesitate to go back to him and I would recommend him highly.

If you have a WC RME scheduled this this so called doctor , he will ABSOLUTELY not be in your favor!!!!

I saw Dr Conway 2 years ago for a head issue. He was amazing. Listened to me and when all was evaluated, referred me to a neuropathy ENT doctor that was also fantastic. Fast forward to 2021 I wanted to know if I had nerve damage in my foot from a car accident...he was attentive, careful, and performed a few tests and provided appropriate feedback. He listens and treats the patient. I would recommend him (and have) in a heartbeat.

He's a liar and has his hands out for workers compensation insurance money. He made assumptions and used vocabulary in his summary to make me seem like scum. This "Doctor" if you can call him that, saw me a year after my fall as an IME. He said that everyone prior had made false diagnosis of a concussion. Fast forward 5 years and I'm still having issues and was diagnosed with Iretractable Headache Syndrome. You ruin lives and probably could care less. I really hope one day when it matters, and you need help, you get what you deserve. Nothing.

Don't go here! Scheduled an appt for my son who has migraine headaches. He concussed self at work however before appointment. Hart Neuro knew this was going to be workers comp case before appt. Son a 9 on head pain scale, wore dark shades and ear plugs to appt. No other patients sitting in lobby under super bright lights but me and my son entire wait. Receptionist started giving me a hard time immediately re workers comp. Sons employer provided everything but claim number (they didn't have it yet). We spent over an hour in waiting area listening to her speak with practice manager over phone about why they shouldn't take us. Son visibly in pain. Receptionist comes out and says we can't take you without claim num. I tell her call it a bump on head at home then or send it through our insurance, have them deny it, and recover later from workers comp. She says no can do. I offer to pay cash right there, just so he can be seen immediately. Still wouldn't see us. Hippocratic Oath my foot...

He is one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. He takes his time with me. He is also thorough and careful, and I feel that I am in excellent hands.

I pay $350 per month (out of pocket) for my insurance offered through ConnectiCare and the CT Exchange, and he told me he, 'doesn't accept Obamacare'. My insurance pays out comparable to Anthem's $800 plans that are offered by employers. Talk about biting off your nose despite your face.

His staff is probably one of the rudest and least helpful I have ever encountered. Every time I called, I was made to feel like I was bothering them.
