Misdiagnosed???
Previously diagnosed a stroke with no testing to substantiate in medical records. Now discovered to be related to a chronic thiamine deficiency causing brain swelling which required immediate intervention which Dr Burger did not provide. Years without appropriate treatment. Thanks doc :(

Office does not follow up and does not return phone calls. Dr. is not accessible. Examine room wait time is 45 minutes, to spend less than 10 minutes with patient. Was suppose to set up additional test, but he never did. Tried to contact the office they never returned phone calls. Does not have an exchange for after hours emergencies or for days when the office is closed. Terrible experience with this Dr. with situations that are life and death.

Dr. Burger was patient with me as I brought in a full piece of paper filled with questions. I was extremely scared of a possible life-changing diagnosis and he helped ease my anxieties. I have recommended him to my family members as well.

In contact with office staff 3 times regarding appt. Lengthy conversation with nurse. This was all regarding MS. Was told Pt. would have to come off of MS. Med Gilenya in order to be Pt. there. Told he only treats with Rebif & Copaxone. Called last time to cancel. Told there was no record of appt. They had nothing with Pt. Name in it anywhere. This was after confirming appt. & Getting info on 3 separate occasions. They scrubbed him. Suggests limited MS/Med. knowledge or education.
