Exceptional Care and Compassionate Support
Dr. Boatwright and his staff are truly the best! I started seeing Dr. Boatwright six months after my spinal fusion surgery. Since my procedure was done before I moved here, I initially reached out to my previous surgeon about my worsening pain. Unfortunately, his only concern was that the “equipment looked great” on my X-rays, rather than addressing my ongoing discomfort. It was disheartening to feel dismissed. From my very first appointment, Dr. Boatwright has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough. He has not only helped me heal from my surgery and work toward identifying the source of my pain, but he has also guided me in finding the right doctors and therapists in a brand-new city. His dedication to patient care goes far beyond just the medical side—he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being.

I would highly recommend Dr. Boatwright and staff
I have been a patient of Dr. Boatwright for over 10 years. I am convinced that he is the reason I am still able to function today. He has successfully guided me through pain management and 3 spine surgeries which have improved my quality of life substantially. I really cannot begin to express my gratitude toward Dr. Boatwright who understands debilitating pain because he also suffers with pain daily. I feel blessed to have found this special doctor. His compassion, understanding, and empathy that he extends to his patients is noteworthy. Under Dr. Boatwrights guidance, his staff has always been thorough, professional and friendly. For those in need of an effective, educated Pain Management Doctor. I truly hope you have the opportunity to be his patient.

Kind and Compassionate
I’m a NP in the area and my patients love Dr Boatwright. I found him after my dad starting seeing him for his back pain. He is kind, compassionate and really takes his time to assess his patients needs and create a plan that works for all parties involved. He’s my “go to” doctor for pain management!

I have been seeing Dr Boatright for years and he's been extremely helpful. He explains my problems in detail and my options. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Very compassionate doctor and understanding about pain. I don't know how I could have made it through the surgeries I've had and still need without his help. Dr Boatright and his staff deserve by far more than 5 stars. Very professional ??

The office manager was so rude to me I decided to go elsewhere. The doctor should send her to orientation and learn how to talk to patients, especially patients in pain.

My Medical Doctor office had problems arranging consult with Dr Boatwright office and requested we check with Palmetto Pain Center about appointment. At Palmetto Spine and Pain Center we were given appointment time and paper work to have completed at time of appointment My husband had an appointment at 10:30 AM We arrived at Palmetto Spine and Pain Center at 10:20 AM and was informed that because we were not there at 9:45AM to put information in computer that the doctor would not see us. We were not ever informed to be there at 9:45AM when appointment was at 10:30 ! So if you not there 45minutes earlier they will not see you! This is no type of way to treat their patients who are in pain reaching out for help! They have no compassion for their patients ??

Very disappointed that i was ignored for over 3 weeks when I moved back to this area and wanted to be a patient again. I did nothing wrong while being a patient, and left on friendly terms when i moved to another state. I had paid for my records after I moved about 2 yrs ago. If I wasn't going to be accepted back in the practice, a prompt reply to my request would of been proper protocol, not ignore my several requests. Rumor has it that they don't want to take medicare.
