Terrible
He’s a pro at medical gaslighting. I went in for help and left feeling worse. He did not provide a patient centered approach at all. I won’t go back

Dr Bertucci will change your medication months after your visit without any warning or notice, seemingly based on personal beliefs. It’s humiliating to find out at the pharmacy, especially after blaming them for what you thought was a mistake in your long-standing prescription. Despite leaving multiple messages to ask why your medication was suddenly changed, the doctor eventually responded with a vague excuse, followed by, "I’m the doctor with my name on the bottle; if you don’t like my answer, find another doctor." This change was never discussed during my visit, even after blood tests, and only discovered after the pharmacy confirmed it was my doctor who made the adjustments.

Kind, patient, considerate office
The entire staff was patient and kind and even got us in early. Dr. Bertucci is a great listener and made great recommendations and explained things well.

Dr Bertucci is attentive and always makes sure everything is ok even if he is busy. I also had Kourtney as my phlebotomist to get my blood test, she was great too.

Dr. Bertucci made me feel very welcomed and listened to when I came to his office. He was very thorough when explaining things. I really appreciated that he made me feel like a person and not just another patient. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a family doctor.
