First visit with this consultantt
Telehealth
This was an initial 'virtual' consult visit before I have a procedure. My wife is a nurse & usually needs to re-explain things to me after we leave a doctors office. Not this time! Dr. Berger made me feel so relaxed & explained everything in very easy to understand terms. He explained different treatment possibilities & how we'd proceed. He is very personable & I'm pleased that I was referred to him.

I did not see Dr. Berger.
My visit was delayed for 1 full hour due to unexplained circumstances. Another doctor stepped up to perform my procedure. He explained the procedure well and in a reassuring manner.Other staff performed very well, and I am satisfied with them and the process overall.It would be better, much better, to inform patients of delays. In my case I was without food for more than 1 day, could not have water at that point, and was very short on sleep. An explanation would have gone a long way to alleviating my stress.

Nice and efficient!
From the receptionist to being woke up to be discharged, every person who interacted with me was kind and respectful of me! They were all very professional and made me feel like I was their only patient. I can’t thank them enough!
