Appointment Cancelled Twice
I scheduled my first appointment about 2-3 months ahead. I was called a week before to reschedule because Dr. Williams would be out of office. I was mistakenly rescheduled for another doctor with poor reviews. I called back and rescheduled for a date and time close to my original appointment. The day of, I get a call that my appointment is canceled because Dr. Williams is out of office. I wanted to see Dr. Williams because of the reviews, but my time and health continues to be disregarded and wasted. I hope every thing is okay with Dr. Williams, but the team needs to do better with scheduling and time management.

I saw Dr. Williams on a rotating basis during my first pregnancy and she was amazing. Even though she didn’t deliver my child, she still checked in on me during my hospital stay. I’d definitely recommend her.
