stephanie tran was my primary care doctor for several years until she left her practice without any warning. she left me without a doctor for over a year and failed as a healer. she doesn’t care about you, she cares about money.

Attentive, caring, and gentle environment that allows one to feel at ease discussing your health.

Dr. Tran is WITHOUT EXCEPTION the best doctor Interaction I have had since being a patient at Cedar Sinai. That is a bold statement because almost all the care I have received thus far has been excellent and high quality. Dr Tran has a level of compassion, understanding, thoroughness In explanation of treatment that is the highest I have experienced.

I have been a patient since 2020, and only managed to see Dr. Tran ONCE. I reached out to her on several occasions, namely: severe back pain that kept me bed-bound, Covid anxiety due to long Covid, advice on acupuncturists, and general guidance. Her best answers were: “Go to urgent care”; “Ask your insurance”. Cherry on the cake: I tried to book-in my annual check-up, and her assistant informed me that Dr. Tran has transitioned to her sub-specialty and has limited time in internal medicine therefore is scheduling in 2024 already. I wish she had informed her patients, and recommended an alternative PCP. I have never felt so ignored by a doctor as I have by Dr Tran. Appalling behavior

I made an appointment with dr. Tran , back in May and to wait for 5 months ! I’m the end I got a phone call few days before the appointment day saying they have to cancel and the next available day is May next year! Beside wasting 5 months instead of going to someone else , I have to wait a month now to reschedule my appointment with someone else !

Terrible experience trying to even get in with this doctor. I made my appointment over a half year ago and went through loops to even get it. I get a call the week before telling me it’s been cancelled due to her splitting her time at another center. Her next appointment isn’t until next August. What a joke! Is also unresponsive and team is unhelpful through messages. Find someone else. Save yourself.

Terrible doctor with attitude of Primadona! If you want to have a appointment with your Primary Care provider who is happened to be Dr Stephanie Tran, PLEASE, schedule your appointment at list 3-4 months ahead....as her office explaine on a phone because "Dr Tran is VERY popular, has a lot of patients and she is very busy " - Really!!!!!! Busy because she is devoted to doctor's profesion to help people or busy to more money ........ I am really asking, How Cedars-Sinai would keep its reputation with doctors like dr Stephanie Tran

Dr. Tran cancelled my in person appointment with less than 24 hours notice and then said she couldn't schedule another one for 3 months! I had already waited over 2 months for my original appointment. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I'd recommend another PCP.

She is literally the best doctor I've ever had. She was super thorough and attentive, even though I know she has a LOT of patients (for a reason). 10/10 would recommend
