Life-Saver
My wife and I were referred to Dr. Sullivan by our Reproductive Endocrinologist. I'd been experiencing large, recurring cysts on my ovaries as well as elevated CA-125 levels. My RE doctor did not want to continue with IUI cycles until my problems were diagnosed and treated. They wanted to rule out ovarian cancer. I met w/ Dr. Sullivan and her PA on October 30th, had a MRI on Nov 6th, and laparoscopic surgery. Because of Dr. Sullivan's thorough evaluation, I was ultimately diagnosed with multiple endometriomas and advanced endometriosis. Because my symptoms were different than what's 'normally' experienced with endo, I had no idea it existed in my body. The surgery itself was seamless, with recovery a breeze. She personally called to check on me 2 days after surgery. I was impressed by her compassionate bedside manner and her willingness to do whatever she could to help us in our journey. Dr. Sullivan and her team made a scary, unexpected experience tolerable. She's a GEM of a doctor.
