Unsympathetic, unprofessional, horrible service! Please be aware!

The 5913 Webb road office is a joke. Especially the so-called dr. stilling. Has a patient with a severe disability sit in the office for 2 WHOLE HOURS to then come out and not even attend the patient but say they should go to the ER!? How do you play with a persons life like that? Clearly goes to show that money is the only factor. Wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lack of care and compassion is unacceptable. The manager is incompetent I am not sure how they are still running this office. I will be reporting them.

I recently was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent robotic-assisted prostate removal by Dr. Stillings and Dr. Padron at TGH. Under the circumstances, from my first meeting with Dr. Stillings, scheduling with Olga, visiting the office for followup and interacting with the front office staff and Joe at the Dale Mabry office, the whole experience made me feel I had definitely found the right doctor. Dr. Stillings is pleasant, thorough, listens and answers any and all questions, and I always felt comfortable during our visits. I know I am in good hands. I do not hesitate to refer Dr. Stillings.

I saw Dr Stillings at the Westchase office. I was able to get an appnt within a month which is rare. The doctor is very nice and thorough, she explained my options well. I did have surgery and it worked well so I am thankful to the doctor for that. Her staff is awful. At my first visit after I was given a clipboard of papers (they send nothing for online check in) the receptionist is talking loudly to me in the waiting area asking me information that is private (i.e. insurance info, pharmacy info, allergies, etc). I was taken back in a decent amount of time and was not rushed during the appnt. Then to schedule surgery, no one called for a week. When they finally did Olga and I played phone tag for a few days. She was difficult to talk to, would not give me a straight answer when I asked what other dates were available when the first one she gave me was inconvenient. I took the date in the hopes I could make it work then a few days later called her because I needed a different date and
