Best pediatrician in Charlotte, hands down! Dr. Richter really LISTENS to the parent and child. She doesn't practice cookie-cutter medicine, as she thinks about all the possibilities and is willing and talented to think beyond the obvious. Dr. Richter stays up-to-date on current illnesses that are going around and the best course of treatment. My 14 y/o daughter and 16 y/o son have been patients since they were toddlers and she has kept them healthy, even through some tough times. Dr. R rocks!
