Dr. Stephanie Price, DO

I called to make an appointment and waited weeks to see the doctor. The day of my appointment, that morning I tested positive for covid. I called the office immediately and informed them I had covid and asked to reschedule my appointment. I was then informed it would be an additional 3 weeks wait to see the Dr. The office also thanked me for cancelling and not risking getting anyone sick. I was shocked when I looked at my credit card balance to see that they had billed me for the appointment. On their website it specifically states no charge for cancelations to medical emergencies. Not once was a charge brought up to me, I did not receive a receipt or any notification from them that I would be billed.

I’ve been seeing Dr Price for close to a year and I love her. I feel understood by her. She helped me through a very low point in my life and adjusted my meds accordingly to assist me through that period. When I started improving and didn’t require the same amount of medication she celebrated my win with me and seemed genuinely excited for the positive changes. She feels like a best friend you could tell anything to without feeling negatively judged. I look forward to my visits with her every time. It’s so hard to find a good psychiatrist… It’s like dating… There so so many bad ones it’s hard to find one you connect with. I’m deeply grateful for Dr Price!

I've been going to psychiatrists and mental health professionals for most of a decade, and I've never had one make me feel so used and scammed as Dr. Price. Not only are the appointments extremely expensive, but she'll take any opportunity to fine you. I'm serious, this "doctor" fines her patients! Requested a prescription refill outside of her imaginary timeframe? $30 please! Trying to schedule an appointment outside of her imaginary timeframe? You guessed it, here's your fine! It's absolutely appalling to see a so-called mental health "professional", who likely makes far more than I could ever dream of, take any and every opportunity to swipe money out of my wallet. It shows a complete and utter lack of compassion. The well-being of the patient doesn't matter, only their money. And when that runs out, too bad for you! Disgusting. Her "nurse" is no better. She's essentially a robot wrapped around Dr. Price's finger. "It's in the agreement you signed." Yeah, great, it shouldn't be.

She obtained a deep understanding of my history and current issues. She reviewed my medications and consulted with me about potential changes. Dr. Price is clearly invested in my fulfillment and happiness. She goes the extra mile to provide the best mental healthcare for me. I view her D.O. experience as a real bonus because she provides a wholistic approach to my wellness,

Got in contact with Dr. Price's office in JUNE of 2021. Filled out paper work and DID NOT hear back. Was promised to be on the schedule the second week of August and that never happened. I called back on the 12th of August just for him to say that he has nothing available for an ONLINE SCREENING until OCTOBER. Are you joking? Should have contacted me or told me how to go about setting up a time in August before I waited until exactly the second week of August to contact again. TERRIBLE "RECEPTIONIST". Disappointed.

Dr. Price is awesome. I recently had a problem with my brother and she took the time to review his chart, listen to current problems and offer possible causes and recommended medicine changes. Within 24 hours he was improving and continues to improve. She is still assisting with his care and I am so grateful for her caring assistance.

Stephanie Price has been working with my college age son for approximately a year. As a parent, it is so scary to be far away knowing your child is struggling (and not knowing how to help). Stephanie is incredibly professional, yet warm and approachable. She made my son feel immediately comfortable and he felt he could open up and trust her. He said she truly is helping him improve each day and giving him tools to better understand himself. Her office manager, Matt has also been incredibly helpful and his follow up is excellent. I would highly recommend Stephanie Price to anyone. Thank you Stephanie. So much.
