Great communication, great care
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Morris. She was a great communicator about my procedure and listened to my questions (never rushed or dismissed in any way). The rest of the staff in her office throughout (from checking in to the tech who assisted during the procedure) were all helpful and generous with their time. I would both recommend her and trust her if I ever needed similar care again.

Unnecessary hysterectomy
Over two years ago Dr Morris told me I needed a hysterectomy to remove a benign polyp and benign fibroid. She really had no valid reason for removing the overies nor the polyp or fibroid except for quoting a statistic that I had a 1 to 2 percent risk of cancer in the future. Her scare tactic did not work. I have since seen a GYN at the same hospital and been told I don’t need a hysterectomy. She never even went through the risks of surgery nor the downside of long term medical conditions caused by the surgery but sent me straight to her medical assistant to schedule the surgery 3 weeks out. She must have had a slow schedule and was trying to fill it up. So glad I cancelled the unnecessary surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Morris for a hysterectomy. I was emotional and I was scared and it was a very difficult time. From the moment I met Dr. Morris and her team I began to feel less scared. Everyone in the office is full of kindness, empathy and expertise. They are all rock stars. I am now 19 days post-op and I never expected to feel so good. I credit my incredible recovery to Dr. Morris and her team. Kathy, Suzanne, and team are top notch and Dr. Morris is simply the best. SO GRATEFUL

I had a minimally invasive outpatient procedure performed by Dr. Morris two weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was very thorough and patient in explaining the procedure and I felt very comfortable going in, in spite of it being considered major surgery. The recovery process went well and the follow up was thorough. Highly recommend Dr. Morris and her staff.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my surgery! Dr Morris and her team at the Center for Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Newton-Wellesley Hospital were amazing both pre- and post- op. This was my first ever surgery, and exceeded all my expectations. I felt reassured, pampered, in highly professional hands at all times. Almost zero pain, full range of motion and activities in just a couple of days, no complications whatsoever... Thank you so much, Dr. Morris!

Dr. Morris was highly recommended to me by an OB/GYN for surgical management of a uterine fibroid. She listened carefully to my concerns and recommended all available options. She performed an endometrial biopsy followed by a laparoscopic hysterectomy. She, her administrative and clinical staff, and the Newton-Wellesley Hospital anesthesiology and surgical staff are all kind and knowledgeable ~ truly second to none. If I had to do it all over again, I would be calling on Dr. Morris for sure.

Dr. Morris was my surgeon. She removed a large fibroid from me. I was so nervous but she answered all of my questions in a clear, kind manner, even meeting with me an additional time to go over more questions that came up. Her entire team of nurses, the anesthesiologist, and the assisting Doctor were wonderful. Recovery took the full time the nurses reccommended but was not painful. Now it is four months after surgery, and the greatest testament to her work happened: I'm finally pregnant!!
