Dismissive
Had a visit with her and she was completely dismissive and had absolutely zero compassion whatsoever. I do enjoy the other doctors in this group but will not be returning to them due to her attitude. Even my husband was shocked by her rudeness and lack of empathy.

I saw this provider and was diagnosed with a single umbilical artery (SUA) at my 20w anatomy scan. I was told the day of the scan by the MFM reading doctor to return in 4 weeks due to inadequate visualization of the LVOT. Cardiac defects can be associated with SUA. When I brought this up to this provider, she stated that the scan “impression” (which summarizes an ultrasound report) did not mention this. I mentioned the in-person conversation I had with the MFM, but she wanted me to get a repeat scan at 32 weeks instead. She said she would follow up with the MFM but never did; I reached out to a different OB at the practice when I didn’t hear back. I ended up transferring my care to UC where they monitored growth every 4 weeks and re-viewed the cardiac anatomy (standard of care). As a physician myself, I felt like she could have listened to my concerns and followed through more thoroughly.

Dr Manolis was my OB for my first pregnancy. She started off by telling me I was probably miscarrying and told me to come back in 2 weeks and at that point if I was still pregnant she would give me more information. This was really disheartening. Come to find out I was still pregnant. Fast forward to about the halfway mark, I asked if I could deliver in any position comfortable for me, she said “ I’m not getting on the ground and catching your baby.” I didn’t know what to expect I’ve never had a baby before this was rude and took my question out of context. Finally, Dr Manolis suggested an induction multiple times. I was very clear and adamant that I wanted a natural birth. I worked two 12 hour shifts and had an ultrasound scheduled the following day because I had been measuring small, at the US it seemed like my fluid was low, Dr mannolis was on call and told me it was not an option, I had to be induced. Overall, she was very aggressive in the care she gave and very pro intervention. If I truly were a high risk pregnancy maybe I would have felt more comfortable with her. My experience was very cold and I personally want as little intervention as possible. For someone who is employed by Trihealth, she did not embody the values and I was not respected.

Went to Dr. Manolis three times. The first time I was really impressed with her. I felt like she genuinely cared and took the time to answer any questions I had. The second time was after an early miscarriage. I felt rushed and like my situation did not matter. I decided to see her one more time, and the situation was the same. She blew off my questions and I left feeling like I was bulldozed and just a number on a chart.

I love Dr Manolis. I had to find a new doctor when my doctor was retiring. My previous doctor delivered 4 of our babies and I was very nervous to have to switch. Dr Manolis was a great with making sure I had all of the appointments I needed since I was considered high risk. She was there to answer all of my questions. I felt so taken care of by Premier Ob/gyn. The delivery of our baby went wonderfully and of all 5 of our babies this was the easiest recovery. I give a lot of credit to Dr Manolis
