This provider treated my family member (70 yo female with severe arthritis and chronic pain). She performed a urinalysis, the results of which apparently prompted her to send a nasty and accusatory letter, and then proceeded to berate and belittle her during her appointment. She accused her of using heroin, of all things! My relative is a long-time user (not abuser) of a widely used pain medication as part of her pain management plan. The doctor performed no additional follow-up testing as is typical protocol to clearly identify the actual drug, but instead chose to treat her patient like a criminal recreational drug-user. What a terrible way to treat any patient, let alone an elderly one in chronic severe pain. Now we have to help her to ensure her medical records are cleared and there is nothing incriminating in her file moving forward. Stephanie Le should be ashamed of her behavior and how it has negatively impacted this patient's life and made her feel. Terrible.

Dr. Le is an excellent pain specialist. She was thorough with the assessment. Previous pain doctors have wanted to give injections. I had been warned against this by a couple of highly qualified doctors and knew it could be dangerous given my circumstances. Dr. Le said I am not a candidate for injections & never will be. I knew immediately she was NOT about the money but patient care. She listened, was kind and didn't rush through the appointment. I believe many pain specialists are given poor reviews unfairly. Gone are the days of doc's handing out narcotics freely. Doctors make decisions that are best for patients. Each doctor has their own approach. Respect goes a long way on both sides. I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Le.

Dr Le is extremely rude. Doesn't take any feedback into consideration. In one conversation she said to me "this is a business." I can't imagine why any doctor would ever say that to a patient even though it is true. She is very indifferent regarding patients pain.

I did not get much relief. The staff is indifferent and focused solely on money and I believe the doctor did not give me the correct amount of medication in order to have me schedule more visits and pay more. I will not go back ever.

Fractured vertebrae and spinal stenosis had me in daily extreme pain. Dr. Le listened to what I had to say and explained the different procedure options that I had available to me. She did everything in her power to keep me comfortable and keep me from being in pain all the time.

Dr. Le had her own agenda unwilling to hear what has worked in the past. Refused to treat me because I wouldnt do invasive procedures. Doesn't understand chronic pain.

Spoke with a lady in the office to try and set an appointment for a pinched nerve. She went to put me on hold, but as she was doing so, she was telling another person that she was losing patience with me. Totally disrespectful and don't seem to understand the pain people are in!!!!!

I don't know if we are talking about the same person. The Stephanie Le that I see only have offices in Robinson and recently Weirton, WV. I can't say enough about her. I have been with her for 2 years. I have nothing but good things to say. She has done wonders for my low back pain. I use to just sit at home in pain. Now I can at least play with my grandkids, and go out to walk in the park with them. She gave meaning back to mu life, and I am forever grateful
