Horrendous answering service. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by ANY answering service in my life. Whoever that was answering the phone after hours around 6:30 pm on 3/22/2018 NEEDS to be fired!!! Paige House, NP-C was fantastic. I am sure Dr. La Fontaine will be great, even though I haven’t met her yet; she has a wonderful reputation. However, based on my interaction with their answering service, I don’t know how I feel about the practice.

I was very pleased with the care I received the office as well as the care I had during the procedure. Felt comfortable and well prepared for the study. I would recommend Dr Lafontaine to friends and family.

Dr. Lafontaine has been my Gastroenteritis Specialist for for over 15 years. She has performed all my procedures with success. I have always been treated with professionalism but with a emphasis on my concerns and a desire to ensure the experience I have is as unpleasant as possible. At every contact with Dr. Lafontaine I was exposed to a wonderfully warm smile, some pleasant conversation and an assurance that I could relax and trust her.
