After 4-5 visits, I was late to an appointment because of a car crash on the interstate. I tried calling, but there was only an answering machine. When I showed up 15 minutes late, she was visibly irritated, despite my apologies. During the appointment, I told her that I had been drinking more than usual, due to anxiety. She told me that she couldn't help me if I was going to continue drinking while seeing her and then proceeded to tell me that I looked terrible. I am a middle school teacher, wasn't sleeping well, and my makeup had worn off by the time I was off work. She then refused to refill my anti-depressant medication and told me to figure it out. I was shocked, hurt, and upset. All I can say is that I feel lucky that I wasn't a patient of hers who felt suicidal, because having a mental health professional treat their depressed patient like that should be a crime. I would never recommend her to anyone.

I cannot recommend Dr. Kutler. I've found her to be rude, poor at listening to her patient, and not very helpful with coming up with solutions to the patient's problems.
