Dr. Stephanie Hawkins, DO

Did exactly what I needed her to do fix my back. Definitely recommend to family.

NEVER. Stay AWAY from Dr. Hawkins. She is has the WORST patient care and bed side manner. She does not listen to you or care what you have to say, interrupt you, talk over you by raising her voice. I saw her for a recheck and Dr. Hawkins told ME that I am fine and not in pain. I would give her a ZERO if possible. If you want a knowledgeable doctor, a doctor who listens to what you say, a doctor who treats you with respect and/or a doctor who wants to help you versus just seeing as many patients as possible….NEVER SEE HER EVER! And the Office Manager at this location has no idea what she is doing and is a JOKE.

After being seen by the PA, Hawkins came in and changed my treatment even having never examined me. I expressed my concern with her actions and she said ”That’s our policy”. To ignore and minimize the employees she is sworn to protect. Refused to take me off work so I am now without income. Told me it was up to my employer to and me home if I couldn’t do my job... I couldn’t even get to work because of my injury!

I am the wife of a patient and I'm appalled at the type of treatment my husband received. She was extremely rude and very dismissive. Her main concern was the amount of time being out and not about my husbands well being out his symptoms. After expressing our concerns which she completely ignored we decided to leave and she turned things around and had him look like he was a problematic patient and not to be seen on that office

She was rude and dismissive. I was so concerned that I did not want to take her medical recommendation. I got a second opinion from another Urgent Care and was very satisfied with my care at the other Urgent Care. I will never return to her
