I have valued Dr. Hammer’s excellent medical care since I became a patient 15 or so years ago. She is caring and personable. I am going to miss her in her retirement!

Dr. Hammer took care of myself, my mom and dad. She was most comforting and understanding when my parents passed. She is always been honest and straightforward about any condition I came to see her on.

Dr. Hammer is a very down-to-earth doctor, easy to talk to, and very "real" with her patients. I have been a patient of hers for many years and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is compassionate, caring, and has been thorough in the care she has given me. I've never feel rushed during an appointment. Her staff is very competent as well.

This site says she's taking new patients but when I called the receptionist said she was not. What a waste of time being put on hold so long.

I should have taken the time to do this 3 years ago when Dr Hammer saved my life. Dr. Hammer is the BEST Dr. in the U.S.. If she wasn't as caring and thorough, as she always is, I would have died as a result. I have such a profound gratitude for her and the way she has handled my personal issues over the years. She is truly an amazing Dr. If I could give her a million star rating I would but this site is limited to just 5, so 5 it is. Thanks Dr. Hammer for being the BEST! Chris R

I had an appointment today that I made March 10th. Yesterday I called to confirm the appointment and how long I would have to fast because, as I told the associate, I had to work before the appointment. So I left work, on an empty stomach, and drove 20 mins to Associate Internists and they said the Appt I made on March 10, 2016 was for May 10th 2017 and not 2016. Also that Dr. Hammer, my former doctor, was not even in the office. I have no more PTO for another appointment and I am still sick.
