Recently my senior mother was poorly treated by this dermatologist, and all personnel dressed in black. Goth? Wannabe witches? She is never going back.

Had me waiting for 90 minutes - and I’m pretty sure I only got seen then because I was packed up to leave … not at all impressed with the diagnosis or medication … I had been pretty sure dermatologists were a waste of time - and now I’m 100% sure … I guess if you are retired or unemployed and have nothing to do with your life this may be the doctor for you - plan on your visit taking all day …

She was very knowledgeable n friendly,took care of my skin issues the same visit..

I saw Dr. Diamond for a full body check on July, 16, 2024 and she was friendly, but very professional. She did a thorough check and answered all my questions. She took her time with me and didn’t rush. I would highly recommend her.

Good advice during full exam

The cleanliness and cheerful atmosphere of waiting area upon arrival! The ladies at front desk were welcoming, helpful and professional and just as nice rescheduling my next visit! Dr. Diamond and her assistance were wonderful! They answered all my questions and concerns for skin care and clarified treatment and what to expect. Highly recommend their practice!

Don’t go to Advance Dermatology! After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, Diamond breezed into the room saying Hi instead of sorry…. I did tell her this was a bad first impression and did they always keep patients waiting so long at this practice? She shocked me by saying YES! Instead of no, sorry, I got held up whatever whatever. Not apologetic at all. I then had the audacity to tell her, well that’s not right! That my time is important too. Then she told me she was too uncomfortable and didn’t want to do my exam. Wasted 3 hours off work and will probably have to wait another month and a half or more for a new doctor before I can receive care/treatment. VERY unprofessional and unacceptable! If only I could give ZERO stars…

Efficient and orderly

I had a great visit with Dr. Diamond. I've never seen a dermatologist before and had a few concerns I've procrastinated about. I have some general anxiety about medical visits. Dr. Diamond and her team made me extremely comfortable.

Doctor Diamond is always able to find problem areas, no matter how small.

Waited 45 minutes for a new patient visit. Spent less than 10 minutes with Dr. Diamond, she was rushing me out and when I tried to ask questions she kept saying "We'll talk about it next time."

Dr. Diamond was very thorough in doing my body check and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her.
