Best Doctor I’ve Ever Had
Dr. Charles’s has been the primary care provider for myself and my partner for the last 3-4 years. Dr. Charles is a truly brilliant physician and human. She is by far the most knowledgeable, caring and invested primary care doctor I’ve ever had. She talks to me like a friend instead of just my doctor, and always wants to know how I’m doing outside of just the nuts and bolts of physical health. Her office has been a safe and comforting space for me in many difficult moments in my life, she is a human of great empathy who brings her heart to every interaction she has. She’s extremely thorough. She always takes the extra time, and does the extra research, to make sure she understands what solution will be best for you specifically and she will be your biggest advocate as you navigate other specialty departments. Dr. Charles is truly one of a kind!
