I had a Bartholin cyst that turned into an abscess. I’ve had the condition for years. It was very difficult to get in to see her if I had an infection even though she would tell me she could see me soon if I called and spoke with her nurse, which wasn’t true. She scheduled me for surgery on cyst then had an emergency and couldn’t so I had another doctor perform surgery and the surgery didn’t take. She just told me on my follow up to not stress and it’ll just go away. Well since then I had been going back to this clinic one last time for abscess again because surgery didn’t work and she wouldn’t see me she was too busy so an NP just drained it. I left the clinic and her and now go to Tyler Obgyn and I am happier. Also Dr Carl delivered my son after two hours pushing with nurses while she left me to go see her office patients and two failed attempts to get him out before she tried the third time with suction. Horrible labor experience and should’ve switched then.

Dr. Carl was my OB for my two pregnancies, she is very sweet, caring and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She took really good care of me and for that I am so grateful. I miss having her in my life, she is one the best OB in Tyler.

Dr.Carl recently delivered my first baby. She was great during my whole pregnancy and delivery. Very sweet and smart lady who makes you feel very comfortable. Her office nurse is the best too. She made this experience a good one :)
