Having known Dr. Villacorta from her hospital days to her current concierge practice, I can attest to her unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to patient care. I had a very dissatisfied experience with Dr. Villacorta when I had COVID earlier this year. medications were a issue I was not given anything besides a inhaler and vague instruction on to if and when to use antibiotics. The only reason I had any relief was because the ER doctor finally sent me home with steroids. To add insult to injury, she did not write my diagnostic test related to COVID and I had a pricey visit and co pay. I contacted the office multiple times to ask them to amend the prescription which was never completed. I have disputed the bill but it can still be placed as non payment. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to fix the co pay issue. But it will never happen. It is unacceptable that a doctors office and the doctor themselves refused to take steps to fix the above issue. Would not recommend

When I first saw Dr. Villacorta she was very nice and very attentive. She listened to my concerns and I feel took the necessary steps to insure that my health was a priority.

She is very professional and detailed. I admit I went on Dr. Google before my visit and I was a little freaked out, especially with this COVID pandemic. However, Dr. Villacorta listened, addressed all of my concerns, and explained everything which made me feel more at ease. I'll be recommending her to my friends and family. Dr. Villacorta is the best!

Dr Villacorta takes time with you to go through all your concerns, The baptist Location on the beach is so great, everything is new, staffs are very welcome. So convenient.
