Dr. Stanley Shadid, MD

I’ve been a patient over 3 years.. they still don’t have my health record correct. I’ve been completely out of m hormone therapy for a week. I’ve already had my bloodwork done, pharmacy has sent 4 requests, called 3x, went there twice & still waiting. If you need real care, I suggest a different doctor.

I have had great experiences with Dr Shadid and all of his staff. I’ve been going to Dr Shadid since 2021 and wouldn’t think of changing doctors.

A trip to the doctor should prioritize patient comfort, well-being, and punctuality. But for those unfortunate enough to visit Dr. Shadid's office, this ideal is a distant dream.Imagine this: You arrive 40 minutes early for an appointment, following their request for a 30-minute early arrival, only to be left baking in 100-degree heat as the office remains closed. This blatant disregard for your time is deeply disrespectful.The receptionist deflects responsibility, blaming an external company, Integris, a red flag in itself. Others have voiced similar concerns, I was told, yet they go unaddressed.Meeting Shadid himself, you hope for understanding, but his response is absurd. He not only downplays your concerns but claims you made his receptionist cry, displaying a lack of accountability and empathy. The responsibility for a patient-centric environment lies with Shadid. His failure to train staff, manage workflow, and address grievances reveals a lack of leadership. Wake up!

I've had Shadid as my PCP for 12 months. I have been to his office 11 times to take care of 3 different issues. I spoke to him once. His PAs saw me every other time and they were incompetent. Everyone in his office is extremely nice, but I don't need a friend. The issues I went in for should've been resolved within a few months and a handful of visits at most. After giving up on them correctly diagnosing two issues I requested specialist referrals against their suggestion and both issues were resolved within a month and a single visit. This is after spending hundreds of $ on pointless office visits and over a thousand on unnecessary imaging rather than much cheaper diagnostic tests that I requested the first visit. They never ran any tests at Dr Shadids, just sent me for imaging and never followed up then gave me prescriptions to try without confirming anything. I cannot imagine how he's so highly reviewed. My third issue still has not been resolved. I'm finding a new doctor.

Doctor Shadid is an amazing doctor. He is very easy to talk to, he is attentive and has a personality that makes you comfortable while addressing your health issues.

A very amazing, patient Dr. He takes the time to listen. He is very thorough and a very kind, man, w a heart of gold. Thank you Dr. Shadid!! Thank you, also to your awesome staff!!! Always on point and quick to get me set up for appointments and referrals!!!! Love all you guys!!!!
