Dr. Stanley Potocki Jr, MD

I am suffering from vertigo that gives me nausea and vomiting. It is very debilitating during everyday life. I made the appt Aug 1st and the earliest they had was Sept 25. I specifically asked if Potocki was in network with Covenant employee ins Providence BCBS plan and was told yes. Today, 3 days before my appt I get a call from Sally saying my ins is out of network, that I could come in as self pay or see Dr Fell in NOVEMBER. I have already been waiting my time being dizzy everyday. Only way they were willing to work with me is if I came in as private pay, private pay for a specialist. Specialist are expensive even with insurance. Highly do not recommend this office.

Dr. Potocki and his staff went above and beyond in solving my sinus problems. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses and all other staff, this place cares. Scheduling is always very easy and I never have to wait long in the waiting area. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I arrive early and I was in an exam room in less than 5 minutes. I was seen by the doctor in just s few minutes. After answering a few questions the next step in my treatment was decided. In less than 15 minutes I was on my way home.

Dr Potocki is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. His staff is also ver helpful.
