After an extremely long wait time in ER this doctor released my husband after minimal care and an incomplete procedure. In just a few short hours we went to AHN in Wexford where he got prompt and proper care, and the issue was resolved. Then eight months later we received a bill from a group for ER doctors saying that we owed another $197.00 for the visit with this doctor in the Butler ER. Speaking with Medicare, HIGHMARK (MediGap provider) and the billing department at Independence in Butler I called the company, Butler Emergency Physicians Associates, Inc, who sent the bill, to ask about the balance due and was told the account was paid and there was no explanation for amount requested on their bill. If I had not spent three plus hours trying to get answers about this, much of it spent listening to music, and then being told the account was zero, I would have sent a check for $197.00 when it wasn’t due. Be careful when dealing with this doctor and his third party billing agency.

Had nurse discharge me without him ever seeing me. He had no answer to what my health issue was and sent me on my way. From previous experience he was quite arrogant, argumentative, and didn’t look into the history of his patient.

Doesn't listen. Doesn't care. Seems hurried even when the Er is not busy.
