After recently being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes by my Primary Care Physician, I was making good progress with medication and behavioral changes but I felt I wanted to know more about my specific case and how to even better understand and control it. My husband and my adult daughter bth have been seeing Dr. Matthews for several years and they both highly recommended I consult with him because they both respect him so much and thought I would too, so I did. After the first visit I came away feeling so much more optimistic about what I could do to improve my circumstance and my health by following the excellent advice of tis very knowledgeable physician and I am so very glad I decided to consult with him! He is very patient, explains all I wanted and needed to know in very clear and understandable manor, and he takes the time needed to listen and to make clear what one needs to know to take charge of their own health. I now feel I will be able to work with Dr. Matthews to improve my health measurably over time, and I am very appreciative that I followed the good advice of my family members to have made this choice.

Dr. Matthew was invested and easy to talk to. He helped to diagnose a rare disease that was previously misdiagnosed. It meant a lot that he spent time to listen and answer a list of questions. He did a great job explaining everything and helped so much! Very very thankful for Dr. Matthew and all he did.

I absolutely hated being with this rude and condescending man. He has no respect for his patients. He just wanted to sell me products he would get a profit from. He did not care about my concerns and retreated me like a child, rolling his eyes and laughing at me. Rude, rude, rude!

Just had initial visit with Dr. Mathew. He spent over 1/2 hour talking to me. He gave me a new treatment plan for my diabetes and explained everything thoroughly. I have a follow up for 6 weeks to check results of the new program. I was impressed , also the office staff was friendly and efficient.
