Dr. Stanley Harvey, MD

Dr Harvey is fantastic and has taken care of my father in law and myself for years. Unfortunately, Cleveland clinic who is fantic in palm beach county hasn't quite figured it out on the Treasure Coast -

Have known Dr. Harvey for years and he is an excellent Doctor, I have seen him care for patients in the hospital for many years and that is why I chose him as my doctor. He listens to your concerns and acts on them, he explains everything clearly. The only problem is that now he has joined with Dr. Prostko's service you can never get a hold of someone when you call, the answering service answers and puts you on hold and no one picks up or you get disconnected, after several tries you may get to speak to someone... THAT was NEVER a problem before, you could call his office anytime and if you were ill he would have you come in immediately.. now you can not even get someone to answer so you can make an appointment unless you try calling several times.

Worst doctor ever. He flies into the room and then flies out as fast as he can. It's apparent he isn't interested in your health however the doctor's assistants are caring.

We have become very disheartened withe the practice that has been taken over by Cleveland clinics since the TAKE OVER. My husband and I have called for appointments, due to serious symptoms and have been told the dr could not see us in a timely fashion. Previously Dr Harvey and his staff were very accommodating with regard to seeing their patients who were experiencing significant symptoms but not any more! Apparently the practice is now operating under guideline that do not care for patients when they are ill but rather send them to an urgent care facility! Therefore we are searching for a physician who treats patients when they are ill as well as when they are well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harvey's for four years. He is an excellent doctor, and has always addressed any concerns that I have had in a professional and caring manner. His staff are also excellent, and efficient, and have always been friendly and attentive as well. I can't say enough good things about every visit I have had, in leaving the office feeling grateful that he is my doctor.

Five stars for him, Patricia, and office staff!

Patience of a saint - Dr. Harvey has been treating both my husband and myself for over a decade. Amazing staff and Patricia is an outstanding PA. The office runs smoothly - we are never rushed through an appointment and always get in at our appointment time. Excellent coordination with other providers.

The Most magical and perfect experience I've ever had. I LOVE the office staff!! the office staff are the most knowledgeable and caring people I have ever met. The front office especially. The billing department on staff is fast and knowledgeable (who needs an office accountant), not these guys because they are on the ball. Honestly the BEST staff in the whole world.

Dr. Harvey was very cavalier about my very real symptoms. His bungling with one of these led to my having thyroid surgery by specialist who questioned why I hadn't had an ultrasound much sooner. On an other occasion, when I complained about a serious mistake, he refused to read the label on a medication which he ordered from my drug plan, but was mistakenly for another patient. His defensiveness was very unprofessional. His attitude was not that of a caring doctor.

Knowledgeable and accessible. Great experience with both doctor and office staff. I wish all docs were like this!

The worst most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. treated my 86 year old father for years before I stepped in and questions the over use of unnecessary drugs... i was treated with extremely rude responses and my father was treated even worse! Just so you know, we switched doctors, cut more than half the meds out, and my father is doing better than ever! Dr. Harvey is all about getting you in the office to bill insurance, but when you are there you will get nothing. Never returns calls!!!

Doctor Harvey talks more about politics then patient care my father had a very bad foot problem related too diabetes . Doctor says drugs like what my father is taking that are life saving drugs. And not appropriate discussion about cancer and the death rate saying a cure for cancer is not likely considering my father just lost my mother too cancer.

I have been seeing Dr. Harvey for over 25 yrs. He and Dr. Paul Pare saved my eye and my life last year when hospitalized. Dr. Harvey's staff are excellent too.

He was very unprofessional by sharing his political views with me after I waited 3 months to see him. He didn't have his best interest out for me. After I left his office I even thought about taking legal action against him. I'm so disappointed/disgusted.

3 prescriptions expired. Called ofc and asked that new ones be sent in. 4 days later, ofc had no record of my request. This is 3rd time I've had a bad experience here. Scary! Need to find new doc. His PA, Patricia, is fabulous, however.

I have never had a problem with Dr. Harvey's staff or his PA. Patricia. I always get a call back in emergencies and they fit me in when I need to get an appointment because of illness. Dr. Harvey is a little hurried once in a while but he has helped me a great deal over the last 20 years.

He doesn't return phone calls, regarding rapid decline of patient or speak to his patients other doctors to help with total treatment and respectful care. His office staff, might be giving him messages however they stated they feel they are in the middle. As an office manager it is your responsibility to be in the middle. Dr. Harvey also allowed a patient to leave his office with an open wound (an ulcer). His nurse said its not her job to place a bandage on the wound, well it is someone's job.
