Avoid healthcare from this physician
My insurance changed so I needed to change physicians. Dr. Suden practices in the same office as my previous Dr. so I started seeing her. My first visit was a video call. Subsequently, I have had three visits to her office and she has never been available so I was attended by a physician's assistant and that was fine. Yesterday I tested positive for Covid. I called the office and she cannot see me for 2-3 weeks. No one else is available for a video call either. When I asked about getting a prescription for Paxlovid I was told that I would need to see someone in the practice first which would be 2-3 weeks. Perhaps it's the Covid speaking here, but this isn't the type of practice/doctor that has my best interests at heart. Good luck in your search.

Totally unprofessional. I saw one of Dr. Suden's residents at Mt. Sinai - Dr. Reyes. Dr. Suden was nice enough but the resident's incompetence and lack of care for the patient was incredible: 1. After indicating I was on medicaid, they submitted my lab work to an out of network lab. supposed to be free, but cost 330 2. 6 weeks later, and still have not gotten results of lab work (that cost 330)after four calls 3. My drugstore called her office to clarify an Rx 3times. No one ever responded
