Dr. Stacy S Banerjee, MD

had been seeing Dr. Banerjee for about a year and a half and kept giving her and her 1 staff the benefit of the doubt, but then things started going even further down hill. she had not billed me in a year and a half then expected HUNDREDS of dollars in payment immediately. then lied to me saying she couldn't send medications first because of a "technical" issue then it was because of a new law by the pharmacy board since I had a balance (that was their fault) contacted pharmacy board they said that was not true. reported her to the board of pharmacy and medical board and miraculously my remaining balance was "removed" do not go to this provider she has 1 staff and overloads on patients as it is then to LIE to a patient whos a nurse and can find answers.. no way

I felt like an experiment for a year. And finally tried a new medication had horrible side effects and Dr. Stacy wouldn’t even contact me back. I just stopped all meds and was left without a professional to assist me. Went there for a year every month, and she didn’t even know who I was and completely would forget anything we discussed.

Something isn’t right, the office is locked upon arrival, the doctor is sketchy with access and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. This is by far the weirdest office I’ve never been in and I will not be returning.

What a horrible practice. They NEVER answer the phone, They do NOT return phone calls and if they order a procedure that needs approval from your insurance, they don't send documentation and either the appointment for said procedure is cancelled or it gets denied and you are held responsible for the bill.
