Went to Dr. Laff for kid's care for years, only because it was so difficult to change doctors. Very RUDE to adults. Talked down to me like I was slow. I was lectured every time I brought a child in. Either they were too sick and I waited too long, or not sick enough to be there. I even got a dressing down when my child on the swim team came in w/ a minor sunburn. The front desk staff is rude as well, frequently slamming the glass window. Once when my child was sick w/ a fever and strep throat, I was told I could not bring her in unless I paid my $60 balance first, and if I couldn't pay it, I would have to instead take my child to the emergency room! Docs are supposed to try and keep people from abusing the ED, not encourage it. Long wait times, freq over an hour or more just to get in the exam room. Then you go to the exam room and wait longer. Takes all day. Support staff appear terrified of her. Go elsewhere!

If I want to think about something, Dr. Laff gives me time and doesn't force me to give any medicine to my kid that I don't think will work.

Dr. Laff is extremely rude and condescending. I have never had a doctor talk to me in the manner that she did. Any question i asked, she acted like i was an idiot and should know the answer already. My education wasn't in medicine, which is why we look to doctors for the answers. She treated me and my son horribly and will never go there again.

I have already sent family and friends to TLC Pediatrics. Dr. Stacie Laff and Dr. Lindsey Krumholz are very thorough, have great communication skills with kids and parents, easily available same day appointments, the office staff is great with my kids as well, both of my kids enjoy going, and all are very patient and gentle with my kids.

My son is 15 months, I have seen Dr.Laff herself maybe 3 times since he's been born. I'm sure she's a great doctor to some, but she doesn't give off a very warming vibe. I will be looking to switching his less Doctor
