I would give this provider less than one star if I could.After months of searching, I thought I had finally found the right psychiatrist. We scheduled an appointment for April 17, and I completed all the intake forms (about eight in total) and enrolled in autopay through insurance.I apparently missed one form to keep a credit card on file. Instead of a simple email reminder, which was the only way we had been communicating, Dr. Mills called from an unknown number and then canceled the appointment just an hour before it was set. The message blamed me for the incomplete form.I sent feedback and never heard back. She completely ghosted me. Canceling without proper communication or follow-up is unprofessional and speaks volumes about the practice.
