Dr. Stacey Staats, MD

I would give a zero star if I could !! Unless you're child is an existing patient, do not waste your with this woman. I am amazed by all the good reviews for Stacey Staats. All I saw was an uppity woman with no empathy what so ever and seemed so unpleased to see us. My son was having a high grade fever over the weekends and had to give him Motrin for a few times. It did not seem to go away. So I stopped by to have him examined. The first thing she said was "NOT HELLO ...she said ..you know you're going to wait for more than an hour for me to see you and we were like noooo... we didn't know it's already been 15 minutes but okkk....Then she goes "are you going to switch practice or are you going to use us as urgent care ? and I replied no we're not switching ( we might if you weren't such a nasty person) just here to get him checked because his pediatrics does not work on weekends .She said "yeah you're basically going to use us as urgent care .Well it's still going to be an hour. At that point we were so disgusted by her got up and left. Cleary not equipped to see my son and certainly not worthy of my money !! Ladyyyy if you're not happy seeing new patients say so on your website. No one is interested to see your arrogant face.

Have not visited, but from the phone call experience, this is not a place I would recommend at all. Bot friendly, and Dr refused to actually see my son after asked about it by staff

We really love the personalized care we receive at this office. Dr. Staats is very open and supportive of parent choices. She provides detailed information and educates parents on options of care. She has a very pleasant bedside manner and not only does she genuinely care for her patients, but the parents too. She always asks how we are doing with deep sincerity.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called their billing office to inquire about a bill. The girl just literally told me in a mean voice "don't come here again, or get your child to this office, we don't want to see you, such troublesome patients". She didn't stop there, she actually hung up the phone on me!!!! when I told her that I have never heard such a comment from a front office employee ever before, she said "I am not going to listen, I am done" then hung up. Humiliating/unacceptable.

I can't express enough how much I love Dr. Staats. She's truly genuine and listens.

My previous review was in error as Dr. Staats kindly responded to my request. She has been very nice and professional.

Not only is Dr. Staats an amazing, gifted and knowledgeable doctor, she is a nurturing and caring person who listens to parents' concerns. Grateful to have her as our family pediatrician.
