Excellent Doctor.
Very professional, pleasant and friendly. I am extremely happy and grateful to have had her as my doctor. I appreciate you and thank you. Janis O.

Dr. Stacey Roberts has THE WORST bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been in contact with thus far. I had a routine colonoscopy and she was rude, curt, defensive (for no reason), accusing and dismissive. I had a nightmare of an experience, beware!

I only had a Telehealth with Dr. Roberts but honestly, that was enough for me to realize that this wasn't going to work for me. I felt like a number to her rather than a person with a problem. She was visibly frustrated that she wasn't given any of my old test results and made me feel bad for not making sure my primary provided them. Her tone throughout the call made her sound like she just wanted to get off the phone as fast as possible. I really didn't feel compassion from her and very quickly, I decided that this relationship wasn't going to work for me.

My first visit went fine. After that Dr Roberts refused to refill medicine for acid reflux because I would not schedule a colonoscopy. What does one have to do with the other???? So, I switched Doctors and now Dr Roberts' office says they can not release my St Louis records to my new doctor. I authorized release of the St Louis records to Dr Roberts. I authorized Dr Roberts' office to release ALL records including the St Louis records to the new doctor. Why should this be so difficult????

Did not listen to chief concern. Had her do a colonoscopy twice, four years apart from same problems.... and she did not listen again. Her letter to me said "I don't know the reason for your "x" when I specifically told her I have NO problem with "x".... I have a more serious problem and the previous staff had noted it and had been admitted to the hospital after an ER visit but all of that went unheard. She did not care

I saw Dr Roberts a while ago, but was just reading the comment that was left by another patient. She did the same to me. Very rude, made me feel like there was nothing wrong with me and I was just making it all up. That followed me when I went to another doctor, who basically did nothing because of whatever she wrote in my chart. Finally after seeing this other doctor I convinced him to run tests on me. Several things were found and I have to have surgery. Finally I got answers. Horrible!!

She was good at first and then was increasingly rude to me. I don't know what she wrote in my chart but I am in a new state and I am now harshly judged as a hypochondriac that takes drugs and gets off on GI tests or something along those lines. I am none of those things. I am chronically ill. I will never giver her notes to another GI until I meet them. Another GI in the WDSM saw me and diagnosed me with IBS from my symptoms and tests in her notes; she missed it. There are far better GIs in Iowa
