Lack of compassion, empathy.
I am certain Dr. Ayirala can provide excellent care to her patients, however, I was not one of them. I explained to Dr. Ayirala that I was currently in extreme pain from a torn rotator cuff and chronic arthritis, so a stress test would need to be rescheduled. I was unable to make the appointment, so Dr. Ayirala fired me as a patient for non-compliance. I had only missed one other appointment. But was able to come in for an echo. (A stress test requires three visits, including follow-ups; if you miss one, you have to rebook all of them.) I have several medical issues that keep me visiting doctors. I know how important it is to keep appointments. Compassion is also important. I am sorry, but my experience with Dr. Ayirala was lacking in that regard. If you have other chronic medical issues besides cardio, you might want to consider another physician who is more considerate of your other medical problems. This doctor doesn't seem to care.

Fixed my broken heart
Telehealth
I found her very caring from the very beginning. I have been to another cardiologist and when she couldn't find out what was wrong she just told me to live with it. Easy for her to say I was falling down and breaking bones. She never gave me a tilt table test and that was one of the first things that this doctor did it was a good thing because it turned out I had cardiac syncope. All it took was some medication and I quit passing out and breaking my bones I think her very kindly for fixing my broken heart. I wish she was still my doctor but I have since moved to Arizona and now I don't have the syncope I have high blood pressure that is not under control and I know if she was my doctor she would be able to get it under control. I miss her as my doctor.

I cant put my heart health in her hands. #1 waited 45 mins to be seen, she took a phone call during my appointment, thus cutting time short #2 she made a mistake with my pharmacy, sent script to the wrong store and i was in pain SHE SENT ME HOME WITH A BLOOD PRESSURE READING OF 205/150+, HEADING TO ER TONIGHT
