Too busy front office
This review is for the front office only, not for Dr. Vemulakonda who is an excellent doctor. Trying to get through to the front desk is nearly impossible. They desperately need more help to be more efficient. I've left several messages over a week's time and still haven't heard back from them. Unacceptable!

First Visit
Dr. Vemulakonda was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my first visit. She was able to look up my previous health records and go over in details what previous results were from my prior test. She made recommendations that were knowledgeable and helpful for treating my concern symptoms.

I had a great experience. There was always a 6 feet distance maintained with the front office staff, and other patients. The office staff always wore a mask, were very professional and helpful. I'm grateful to Dr V, who goes above and beyond for her patients. Hence I wanted to share my candid feedback.

Front office without mask. This is a pulmonary practice and their front staff was not wearing mask. When I asked why, reply was: "Don't worry! I have been here for 3 minutes. Will wear it later!!" Several older patients were sitting in the waiting room!
