Terrible business and worse dr
Very poor experience. Extremely rude and short with my father who has terminal cancer. They scheduled an office visit through automation and he called to make sure it was necessary to come in, after they told him not to return two weeks ago as they couldn't help him. He was assured he needed to come in. She scolded him in front if me saying “I told you go to comfort care!”. People like Dr. Rai do not belong in this line of work, or any work with the public. Poor treatment, poor bed side manner, poor receptionists.. just poor all around!! Sick people have a hard enough time without being jacked around and yelled at.

Thank goodness she is here
Dr. Rai is a great doctor and it's wonderful that she is providing cancer services right here in Moscow. The Cancer Care Alliance, which she is a member, is a great organization. I recommend her to all.
