In the company mission statement, "top in their field" and "a compassionate team" are mentioned, yet this young woman treated my 48-year-old fiance, in the office for a thyroid biopsy checking for CANCER, like a child, saying "tell a little kid not to do something and they want to do it". Spoke belligerently bc my fiance couldn't suppress coughing, swallowing and gag reflex while having a needle repeatedly poked in her neck to the point that she vomited. Sent her home in tears. Unprofessional!
