he communicated very well what was going on and how it was being treated. the staff was friendly and professional. during the treatment, he communicated what he was doing and if I would feel anything.

Listens and is very caring of my needs.Had injections in spine and lot less pain in a few hours! Dr.P is great and does great work for us in pain! My new Doctor from now on.

Had shots to the back today ... I like how explains wht he is doing at that time. I would recomend his office. The staff are very polite and helpful.

I took my husband in today for shots in his back to hopefully tie him over until surgery. The staff never smiled and made me feel very uncomfortable. The office itself is in bad shape and in need of paint and repair. But the very worst was the uncaring way he was treated. I had to remain in the lobby and I saw him walking out wobbly and I ran and caught him before he fell. He had to lean heavily on me. The staff never gave him any assistance. He later told me that he could hardly get up from the table where they gave himthe shot and was offered no assistance. Literally this poor manalmost injured himself and they just didn't care. Two women sitting there at the desk and saw him having a great deal of trouble and never came to his aid.Please do not go there!

This is the worst dr office ever been to. Have problems getting information from dr, staff. Have issue contact anyone and when you do get someone such as the office manager, Lynn requesting a refund that you have over paid based on EOB's very rude. Have been trying to get a refund since January, 2023, either does not return calls, or if you do talk to her, she will not listen, accuses you of saying something you did not say. When I told her we overpaid by $6.88, she stated 'you are kidding'. I tried to explain to her what was going on and she would not stop talking and listen to what I had to say. I became agitated with her. Extremely rude. Dr did not help and did not even set up apt to try and explain what he could or could not do.

Dr P has been my dr for many years. He has worked with me to keep me as pain free as possible. I travel hours each way to see him for injections in my back and neck because he is the only one I trust enough for injections. All of his doctors, nurses and office staff are top notch! Five stars all the way. Very caring and compassionate.

I have been to Dr P. Several times since we moved to Florida for my very painful lower back. He has helped me right from the very first visit. To me these procedures he performs are a better choice than any surgery. He seems like he really cares about eliminating pain from his patients. Thank you much Dr Pinnamaneni Kathy S.

How can you have a visit when you cannot get an appointment even though you have a referral? I have been trying for 12 days to get an appointment and all I get is an invisible silent ghost on the other end of the phone. Stay away from this group. Yes, I got treated...treated like a stepchild in Colonial America.

I would not recommend this doctor. I was sent by my general doctor for shingle pain. This doctor sent me to have a MRI to make sure nothing else going on. After several phone calls over a two week period, was told had bulging disc. I have no back pain. I have tried to set up follow up appointment but told until they speak to doctor cannot set up follow up appointment. I called again this morning and was told according to doctor notes nothing he can do for me. I have spent two weeks waiting for MRI results and follow up appointment and still have no help or answers. I would not waste my time with this doctor, no one calls you with updates and no follow up appointment with doctor to try to help. Total joke.

All so true. Staff is horrible, doc p. Seems to not care at all. Terrible practice, go elsewhere!!

Dr. P. Is kinda okay but his staff is really bad. I called twice back in June 2022 to set up a appointment, both times they told me they would have to check with the doctor on which kinda appointment I would need. Like it’s going to change a different type of appointment after going there for 6 yrs +. Well it’s October and never heard a peep from anyone about an appointment. It really was a great place a long time ago, but I’m definitely not going back.

Doctors are very efficient and up tp data technically. After 3 visits they have resolved pain issues that confounded other doctors for decades. Very highly recommended.

After two visits I was able to walk without pain thank you Dr. P

My husband has been going to Dr. Pinnamaneni for a few years for his severe arthritis and ankylosis spondylitis. He needs an injection once a year, sometimes twice. The injections keep him pain free for a long time. I just had an injury and for weeks I was in excruciating pain. The low-dosage muscle relaxers did little to no help. Many doctors appointments later I could not take the pain anymore. Dr. Pinnamaneni administered an epidural/nerve block and I had immediate relief. Not 100% but bearable. I was feeling better as the week went on. I have 30% pain at the moment. I’m now going to physical therapy. I can handle the PT and strengthening the muscles around the injured areas. I can sleep better at night as well. They now have extra help. A physicians assistant and nurse practitioner. Also, another assistant in the room with the doctor who is very good. One thing I agree with other comments is not returning calls. I did have to call several times.

Went to him for 10 years. Doesn’t have much personality and no empathy at all. Could care less about your pain. Shut me off my pain meds because I tried marijuana and took me off pain meds, I called him a month later and asked if I gave my mm card to him if he could prescribe my meds, he said no. I’ve had 5 back operations in the last 15 years, severe nerve damage and sciatica, I’m in my seventies. I have a spotless record, not even a speeding ticket. He’s so worried about getting sued. Can’t believe he treated me this way after 10 years. Can’t recommend him.

Exceptionally poor patient skills. No compassion for patient suffering with acute pain. In my opinion only interested in monetary rewards of medical practice. Not interested in helping patients suffering acute pain complications. Does not appear interested in helping patients only in making a generous living. Failed to help me with my pain issues. I had to go to another doctor to get relief. Thankfully I did and am now pain free for first time in 6 months. I don't recommend anyone seek help from Dr. Pinnamaneni for pain management.

Office staff weren’t friendly, though I was to get a cervical injection on my first visit, it was a meet and greet? He injected my neck the wrong place from where my Orthopediec surgeon asked him to. They called me a week later wanting to know how I was doing, and told me they were sending my report to my family dr., not to my Orthopediec surgeon so when I went to my Orthopediec surgeon, he had no information what dr pinnamaneni did. He wasn’t happy, neither am I! He’s the worst “doctor” I’ve ever seen. Then I find out he decides where to inject, instead of following the orders your doctor requested!

A steroid lumber in injection was scheduled. I requested to speak with the doctor prior as I had questions. The nurse said come in and let me prep for the procedure and doctor will speak to after the procedure. I refused requesting to speak prior, she then brought me into a waiting to speak with the doctor. The x ray tech then came in said come with me I need to prep for the procedure. I said I have questions for the doctor first. He said I will answer your questions, again no want to speak with the doctor. He then said your appointment is canceled you will have to reschedule. I said if it is a time issue he could use the time for the procedure to answer questions and then we could reschedule. He refused. After a few nasty remarks by me we left.

Dr p she is great. He always listens to my concerns.
