I have been seeing Dr. Nagavalli for 6 years. I have always been happy with her. She has explained things well to me and was able to diagnose me with thyroid cancer when all other doctors kept telling me everything was fine. She has been patient and kind at all points of my journey through dealing with thyroid cancer. She takes her time to listen and think about what will work best.

I have been seeing Dr. Nagavalli for 5 years. She shows great care. She explains my condition, so I can understand. I have never had a physician spend so much time with me. She really cares. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nagavalli.

She does the bare minimum. She does not give any alternatives to medication nor does she help with setting up a plan for healthier lifestyle. She is nice but not very helpful when it comes to making real change.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nagavalli for the past 6 years. I see her for Diabetes and Thyroid conditions. I last saw her at the end of October. She spent more than 30 minutes with me discussing my conditions and answering all my questions. I have received callbacks within the day when I left messages.

Dr. Nagavalli does not take time to listen and has actually put her hand in the air as a stop talking gesture and shook her head no when I explained another doctors' suggestion of a new health concern that she may have been able to help me with. Her staff is wonderful, but I've seen her appear visibly angry if I choose not to take a medication or treatment at her suggestion. I feel that she is too controlling, a patient should have the right to make choices in their own healthcare.

She and her staff have wasted so much of my time. They don't return phone calls and generally don't seem to really care about the patient much at all. If you can't afford the drugs you're prescribed or your insurance won't cover it there is just an attitude with them that they did everything they could and you're out of luck.
They also charged me for a visit to the nurse to just tell me how to inject the drug which I'm not even able to get now!
