Excellent doctor
I can’t say that I’m thrilled with the waiting time, but otherwise I have had great experiences with Dr. Clark and his staff. Completely satisfied with this practice and will continue to have him as my opthalmologist for the duration….

Understanding that there is a COVID health risk and many offices are requiring patients wear masks to enter, I was contacted to remind me of my scheduled visit and told to call when I arrived and to wait in my car until I was ready to be seen. Speaking with the receptionist, it appeared all she was concerned about was the "co-pay". When it was finally my turn to be seen, I entered the office waiting room and was asked if I had a mask which they required. I did not have one since they never told me when called to remind me of my appointment. Not having one, I assumed they would supply me with one. I was told they "ran out", and would have to reschedule my appointment. I had waited for this appointment for one year, and now would have to re-schedule. During this conversation, a woman who I assumed was the office manager, joined the conversation was outright rude, and uncaring. I could go on but, all in all this had to be the worst patient experience ever. Stay clear of this practice!

I had to wait several weeks for a comprehensive exam. Got to appointment today at 9:45 and was not seen until just now. (3 hours later) Not only did this QUACK bring a complete stranger into exam room with him (female who he never identified) but he decided & diagnosed the distorted vision I'm experiencing as DELUSIONS. My vision is 20/400 by the way and I was born with Congenital Nystagmus. SMH...to add insult to injury, he refused to write me a new prescription for glasses and the ones I'm wearing now are a year & a half old. IF MY INSURANCE PAYS THIS WHACK, I WILL BE CHOOSING ANOTHER'S INSURANCE COMPANY!

*WARNING* The worst wait to see a doctor in my life. We have been taking our 1 year old daughter here since she was a couple months old as this was the only place we could find that would see a child so young. She has a hemangioma over her eye. Not once but all 4 times my wife has been to see this Doctor it has been a 3.5 to 4 hour wait past our appointment time. Not including the two hour drive one way to get there. The staff are rude and unaccommodating. If your appointment is at 12pm you ca
