Scary situation
I would never recommend Dr Goranta for she right away said I needed surgery for my severe diverticulitis. I met with the surgeons at Mercy Hospital who said I did not need surgery. I was treated with IV antibiotic and IV pain meds. I am currently on oral pain meds and antibiotics. I got a call today March 12 2025 from MGI asking me about making a referral for cyst on my pancreas. I looked at my CT scan from my Feb 2025 Mercy Hospital stay and it says that my pancreas is normal and no cyst present. But there was an addendum which states that I have subcentimeter cyst on pancreas, largest cyst less than 10 mm. I had a Ct scan on March 11,2025 and it states that my pancreas has an 1.2 cm hypoattenuating observation of the proximal pancreatic tail is stable when accounting for difference in measurement technique. No main pancreatic duct dilation.
