Been with a LONG time - GREAT!

The office is scamming patients out of their money. The office REQUIRES a $20 copay at the time of your appointment no matter what. However, they do not include this payment to your insurance. Then they bill you the additional amount that insurance did not cover - without deducting the already paid $20. Essentially, you are paying them $20 extra on every appointment. After my husband went to Dr. Moussly for several years, I finally noticed this on the insurance claims. Every appointment he got charged an extra $20 with the initial office payment. I called the office to inquire and kept getting put off to call another day when the billing lady was in. Finally after a dozen times of being ignored I told them I wasn’t going to just go away. The lady yelled at me over the phone that I was being rude and hung up on me. I finally got my money back after showing up in person several times. Seriously everyone, check your insurance claims to see if they are stealing your hard earned money.

Not only one of the most ignorant experiences I've ever been through but also disappointed. I went in for my semi annual blood work check. I was told that because my AST stats were higher, my liver was failing. I should never drink again, and my liver would never heal. Thinking with this prognosis, there would be a follow up, possibly a ultrasound of my liver, maybe a biopsy, nope. Nothing. Then, when I started i was having stomach issues with bowel movements, he told me he was going to prescribe me "peptobismal". When I said, "yeah, I have some in my truck and been taking it," I was told to take more. Utterly rediculous. You go here, have fun being treated like you are an inconvenience. I will be transferring to another doctor. Follow up to this, I've taken it upon myself to follow up, paid for the blood work. I'm fine. My liver levels are fine. No thanks to this office.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Moussly for approx. 15 years. He has always treated us professionally, but I received a certified letter yesterday form Port Orange internists stating " Intent to withdraw care" effective January 31st. I called the office and they said they did not know why and it was only me, not my wife. Think I deserved better treatment.

BEST DOCTOR EVER....I HAVE BEEN HIS PATIENT FOR 12 YEARS...THANKS TO HIM I AM STILL ALIVE TODAY!!....I'M MOVING TO THE GULF COAST AND SURE WILL MISS HIM...I JUST HOPE TO FIND A DOCTOR THERE AS GREAT AS DOCTOR MOUSSLY!!

He brought God into the conversation by picking what happens to someone??? Medicine is science and not dictated by ALLAH... Told me immunizations are not necessary and only provide profits for insurance companies. Did not look,request,or look at my medical records. One of the most appalling experiences with a so called doctor since I was 10 years old . Needs to retire!!!

Dr. Moussly is great. Getting a referral is a nightmare. It takes several calls and then I still don't know if I things are done correctly. Unfortunately, the woman handling this is his wife...so

My wife and I have both been patients of Dr Moussly for 19 years and trust him completely. His bedside manor is outstanding and his treatment recommendations are excellent. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We recommend him highly.

Dr Moussly is a fantastic Dr. He has wonderful bedside manors. He listens and cares about your health. I am really going to miss him.

Terrible. I needed to see an orthopedic surgeon after re-injuring my knee. They referred me to a pain management doctor--one of the top ten pill pushers in Florida. I fell in the shower and hurt my arm and hip. Dr. Moussley said, You're old. Of course it's going to hurt. Communication between the exam room and front office was non-existent. When I tried to transfer to another doctor, it took over three attempts to get my records faxed. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.
