Dr. Sophia Streete-Smalls, MD

Dr. Smalls is amazing. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and experienced. The office visit is always pleasant and you dont feel rushed like when you see other doctors. She takes time to listen and educate. She is a gem in the community.

The staff at this office is absolutely horrible. They do not have any respect for patients. I am looking for another doctor.

I can’t say dr smalls is the worst doctor she’s very caring and professional However!!!!!!!!! Her staff is the worsttt very unprofessional and if they continue being so hostile to patients then no one is going to want to go there if they didn’t want to a be a nurse why are they working there they are so miserable and it seems like they don’t like their job I had to switch doctor and go somewhere else because I don’t tolerate the long waiting time, with the rudeness. You can’t even ask them a question without them getting upset. Might as well treat my damn self if that’s how they gonna treat me.

I visited Dr. Streete- Smalls office twice.She is very kind, caring, thorough and she listen to me, spent quality time with me. I love her and her staff.With all that's happening in Healthcare right now, patients want to feel that their concern and health issues are addressed and she does that.i have search so hard to find a good Doctor and thank God i found her by commendation from other patients.

Worse doctors office ever, receptionist are completely unprofessional

Dr. Streete -Smalls Front office staff is THE worst! Very unprofessional, judgemental, and non-comforting. My father is elderly and has a series of health issues going on. Whenever I call to make an appointment, the front office staff is rude, kissing their teeth with an attitude, and reprimanding is if scolding a child. The person who always answers the phone is named "Lana" so she says, She has a very thick caribean/west indian accent. It's always difficult to get an appointment without hassle

Ok. I called about my inhaler and don't you know I hear this woman in the back saying I don't stop calling...very rude....not professional

Dr. Smalls is a highly proficient and detailed doctor who cares but her front desk personnel is very rude with an univiting disposition. It is unfortunate that there are a poor reflection of this office and doctor. The other problem is the excessive wait time which be as much as 2 1/2 hours. For these reasons I would not recommend this office.

Unprofessional! The staff is rude and dismissive. They are clearly unable to handle workload and as a result even the simplest matters are handled inefficiently. I personally would not recommend this office to a rat

I've been seeing Dr. Sophia Streete Smalls for about 15years. She is knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. She has an excellent bedside manner. As her patient, I feel comfortable discussing personal issues and feel confident with the education that she provides. She has a warm demeanor and a bright smile that often will put you at ease during your visit. I often recommend my family and friends to Dr. Smalls. She is one of the best.

The receptionist are very unprofessional and unorganized. I am not sure if the Doctor is aware or if she tries to play clueless. Overall the Doctor is late almost every appointment. I have a appointment at 9am she shows up at 10.

My children and I have being patients of Dr. Smalls for 16 years now. She is an excellent family doctor. She listens and explain things in a way for you understand, you can ask questions and get answers. She works very well with my children and that's everything to me. I would definitely recommend her without a doubt to anyone who needs a great doctor and I do.

I would recommend Dr. Streete Smalls because she is diligent with following up, she listens and & she communicates in a timely and effective manner. I trust her judgment. She focuses on the goal of achieving good health in her patients. I like Dr. Smalls because she respects my point of view.
