Had my first visit with Dr. Gibson today and was very pleased from start to finish. Office staff called to set up call and was very friendly. Dr. Gibson listen to my concerns then explained thoroughly on the testing she will be doing to help my health issues, she also was very friendly.

10 days leaving messages in the answer machine, sending requests via system asking them to contact me urgently, because until today ( 10 days later) they didnt sent the request to the labcorp and west boca for my ultrasound. This place is famous for the worst staff ever

I am very pleased with the care that I have received from Dr. Gibson. I never feel rushed and she is very thorough in her diagnosis’s. I like many others have felt very frustrated with the communications with the office but feel that it has improved the past several months.

Recently, I left a 1 star review about Dr. Gibson & her office. They contacted me about it, spoke to me, listened (most important) & made measures to get it fixed. I am pleased to have such a quick turn around in communication & now we have a much better way to contact each other. The issue was never with the Dr. Gibson herself, but the support staff, who are now working to improve things.

Left messages on voicemail of office. No returned calls. I was told to call 4 weeks after the birth of my daughter for a biopsy of nodules on my thyroid, which I’ve tried doing multiple times. Office voicemails are generic with no hours given or when on lunch. Office staff seems lazy. Noone follows up.

I've been calling all afternoon. I finally got out of the endless music hold and someone picked up. Said hold for a moment and threw me into voicemail - WOW!!! Seriously? The auto attendant says go to Z doc which would be way better than their endless hold music and then call dropping but "they do not have any open appointments on Z Doc at this time" UGH!

Dr. Gibson is excellent but you can not reach her staff by phone. I have try to get a call back from staff after leaving messages and no one returns calls. What good is an excellent doctor if she is not able to be reached?

Had an appointment with Dr Gibson and she spent an inordinate amount of time with me not only going over my thyroid issues, but healthy menus and scheduling of all my drugs. Highly recommended

Office staff is a joke! You get nowhere when calling. All you hear is a song and then you get disconnected. They also set me up with an email system which nobody ever replies to.

i have been at Dr. Sonia Gibson office before and I loved the staff and Dr. Gibson for her professionalism. However...... It saddens me to report, I have been calling for the last 2 weeks straight to schedule an appointment and I can not get through to anyone in the office! I hate to search for another doctor especially since this office was so inviting, but how does anyone conduct business without returning a simple call. ( please note , I am not calling during non office hours)
