I had my surgery 2 Months ago of a Hydrocele went.
Telehealth
I've been the required attention to ice the area, wear a jock strap, and I have been taking Ibuprofen pills as beened. And I did come back last week to give her update on the area that she did surgery on and it's still swelling up still so the doctor seen it needed drained and she did that the blood was dried up blood from the surgery and was drained and will ask her again to drain up 'next visit in July 15 2024' and I'm really concerned about it for the swelling to reduce down. Know she did say at the beginning of this Hydrocele surgery she was going to put in a rubber drain tube and I wish I would of told her to put it in because she to drain it with a needle to drain it I told her I didn't want the drain tube. I'm sure that doctor will address the issue problems I'm having and I would recommend Doctor Chopra MD to anyone else who needs surgery with the same problems.

Heartless
My mother took time off of work to drive 30 minutes from Cincinnati, OH to see Dr. Chopra. She realized she'd be running late and informed the office, and they communicated with her that this would be fine. She arrives 15 minutes late and the staff informs her that Dr. Chopra is not willing to see her. This was very heartless of her, as her staff not only gave my mother false expectations as to it being ok to be a little late but also wasted my mother's precious time.Shame on you, Dr. Chopra. You made my family (especially my mother) suffer for no good reason. At the very least, you need to better communicate your actual expectations with your staff so they can give accurate information.

A representation of Care?
I had recently had surgery, followed by my bladder not draining. My discharge paperwork said to call anytime. I called around 5 p with a concern about pain I was having. About 2 + hours later I received a call from Chopra. According to her is the head of the urology group at St E. As a doctor and head of the group, she is a very poor representative for St. E in my opinion based on this call. Mission and Values -Collaboration – I understand that mutual respect and teamwork are critical to accomplishing goals. I work with others to achieve the best individual and collective outcomes. Respect – I respect the dignity and diversity of our associates, physicians, patients, family, and community members. I felt she didnt take my concerns seriously. My test results came back and no one called me to inform me of an infection I had, I had to find out on mychart. I tried calling the office multiple times to see if they called me in a prescription but got no answer and not even a Voicemail. I finally had to call the appointment line to get a hold of someone and the lady answering was very short with me telling me yes I did have an infection and a prescription was called in. How would I know there was a prescription called in if no one calls and tells me?? I will never go to this Dr again. Very unprofessional.

Referred by my primary care doctor to Dr. Chopra because there was blood in my urine. I was scared. Dr. Chopra diagnosed cancer, removed the tumor surgically and followed up with immunotherapy. She is caring and thorough. An absolute joy to work with. I am blessed

Dr. Chopra is very sweet. She is well versed in her field of specialty. She is professional and makes a patient feel at ease as well as the family. In the same manner she is very down to earth. I would recommend her to family and friends without a doubt!!!

I am so angry and scared. I saw her 10 days ago and she said I had a boil ordering me some powder to use. Dr. Stephen Brewer had referred me to her because I have had internal bleeding since last year. I got a second opinion today and the doctor did the same test. She found I have multiple bleeding polyps and wants me to see another gynecologist immediately to get them biopsied. I found out the test she did on my red blood cells had gone from 20 to 122 when Dr Brewer last checked.
